Southeast Washington | I would rethink that. Here we pay property tax on what we buy. We used to have a spare combine for specialty crops that we may or may not grow from year to year but very limited use. Same thing with a backup tractor we used to have. Use them or not they cost money to have at a ready that we felt we should have. Much easier to put a little more parts and maintenance of what you have than to try to have a spare at the ready. | |
