SW OH
Similar to a lawsuit against one of our sister companies. A woman was killed when the driver of a landscape truck drove off the right side of the road, over corrected, and hit her head on. The first lawsuit against the truck driver and landscape company didn't get the family any big money. The second lawsuit got them 74 million.

In the first the driver of the truck failed a drug test for meth and phone records show he was texting and driving, illegal in Kentucky. When the family didn't get lots of money they came after us. An expert doctor testified that even though a drug test showed meth, he was not actually under the influence at the time of the accident. Another expert testified the text messages were done while sitting at a stop sign. Yet in the first lawsuit those were the 2 biggest pieces of evidence for the family.

The bottom line is, go after whomever has the most money.
