Malta, Illinois | I'm usually not that lucky but once in a while I am. About 26 years ago I had that happen on a 2188. Finished the season by hammering new couplers on but had to replace the shafts coming out of final drive and transmission that winter. I have also seen the tranny shell out on those. Like someone else said, if you are on a concrete floor and have a good transmission jack you can have that transmission out of there in less than two hours. | |
