Lots of variables, I would be tempted to try a bigger glass door type stove, very little ash to carry out, efficient, easy to fire and pretty decent burn time, might be a bit of a big space, but you should be warmer then us for a good share of the winter. May need some sort of fan to circulate air a little whether it is a fan on the stove or just a box fan sitting nearby. Ours along with 150 gallons of propane heats a 28x 52 or 56 foot house for the year, stove is in the basement, but we are on the south side of a bluff so protected some.
