A lot like the '80's auctions .Farmers held on as long as they could and then when they had to have a sale most machinery was wore out or tough condition and sold accordingly.
Always sad too see
The 9760,idk hrs. but its a '06 or '07...Really cheap if its decent...on the other hand it could need $40k in repairs
