Let’s think of it like a grain bin. Except you can’t do work yourself, on your own schedule. $$$. A decent small bin is well under scrap price for just the floor. But just the cement for foundation is going to be over $2k for a 6k bu bin. I saw @6 bins go under $15. *some had minor damage* but foundation same cost as a new bin.
I have hauled 6k bins *roof, 2-3 rings intact* otherwise just not worth it.
Figure how helpful this would be. Is it 3 phase? Cost to wire up. Cost to move. Added property tax. A $14k auger does not add a dime to tax. This might *add* $12k to property value by assessor. *I have no idea amount of course*
I know a guy with a truck crane. Not certified, equipment not OSHA. For a grain bin I might hire him, and be safe. That job? Nope.

If you do please consider taking lots of pics, info. We would love to see success.
