Subject: Grain truck belts squealing

I have a 1988 gmc 7000 truck, gas, when hauling a load it seems like the fan doesn't go around and that is the belt I hear squealing. Also the temperature gauge goes up.The volt meter also goes up to the red mark. After I unload temp runs normal and the voltmeter as well and no squealing I notice that there Is only one belt from the engine that provides the power to run the fan belt, the power steering pump and the alternator belts. The engine has a pulley on the front that would handle 4 belts and yet the truck has only one belt coming from it.Do I have the belt arrangements correct or should the fan, alternator, power steering all have their own belt coming off the engine? Why would the belt slip with a load but not when empty? Where can I get a diagram of the correct belt arrangement for this truck?
