Make sure the boot isn’t rusted out, that part is at least $5,000 to replace.

A new head would be closer to $10,000 without a motor, trunking maybe $500-1,500 per piece. Ladder and cage is a few thousand also. Probably about $10 per bucket and the belt could be $30+ per foot.

If all those parts are good, there’s $30,000 worth of stuff you don’t have to buy new. On its best day sitting on pallets it would be half value, so standing should be a good bit cheaper. Maybe offer $5,000 and see what they say?
