Setback steering or long nose truck. IF i remember correctly they measure from center of steering axle to the center of rear trailer axle. These settings mentioned were for an VNL Volvo with 221 wb. Also you need to get the steering axle loaded to 12,000 lbs, 34,000 on the drives here in Missouri. My guess is 5th wheel will need to just a few inches behind the front drive axle. Does that have a slider or fixed 5th wheel.

Edit. I pulled a 40 ft Timpte sloped nose trailer with 72” sides and ag hoppers, not sure I was completely legal but was never measured by a weight officer either.
