NE Indiana | We tried it once. It did help but the finish looked like crap. If a guy could figure out how to get a couple chains and springs hooked to each one so they have down pressure I think it might help with the washboards a little bit. But even then, I don't think it will completely fix it because the spider wheels are just too small in diameter to flow that much soil. Ours left the farm last year because we weren't happy with the finish. We never had a problem with the first pass it was always the second pass if needed that caused the issues. In muck even the first pass will washboard because the ground it so soft. | |
