Have a truck that purges about every minute, has new dryer and new line from governor to dryer. No leaks around the fittings or the governor. When it purges it keeps leaking from the purge valve tapering down for about 10-15 seconds, replaced dryer because the original was doing the same and I replaced the valve which didn’t make many difference. Only external air leak I have is from the unloader valve plate on top of the pump, I get about a 1-1/2 inch diameter bubble from there, I assume some has to leak off from the unloader. Can it leak internally through the governor to cause this issue?

The dryer is doing what is called extended purge. Some do it some dont. Look for a check valve before the dryer. On an international 4900 i found a bad check valve so when the dryer purged it would drain the air off the tank that the signal line to the governor was connected to and turn the compressor back on. Watch Wes work has a good video on diagnosing these.
