Northeastern Pa. | Here I go again trying to get those 2 to communicate. They must be really mad at each other because they haven't talked to each other in years. Every year I get on and ask how to fix this problem but to no avail. I have pages of info but so far, no luck. I put a new sensor/ pot on the head. I have verified with an ohm meter and by sending voltage through each wire from the head connector to the unhooked pot switch and auto tilt sensor and all the wiring on the head checks out good. My thought is maybe the RH card in the box in the grain tank area is bad. It could be wiring from the connector through card and back to the control card under the lift solenoid. How can I test the cards to see if it's the problem? I don't want to cause more problems by burning a card. I'm going to unhook the connectors on the RH side of the combine and spray with electrical cleaner, but I've tried that before too. | |
