Iowa | I run a setup like that, we use an MK10-61 Westfield swing hopper and a non Ag hopper Wilson grain trailer. On level ground the hoppers just touch the rubber extension. I really like it that way because we crank the trap wide open and the pile doesn't spill out the sides - so we don't have to meter the hopper door to ensure the auger is full.
Now if the ground wasn't level and smooth we could probably run into problems, but on flat ground I think it works better than having a high clearance Ag-hopper (which we had on our previous trailer).
