Michigan | A few years ago I got the shivvers replacement. Included the printer, cable adapter, and a mounting bracket. The cost took me by surprise, but it was in season and I didn't want to take the time to research alternatives. To me, the date/time is a joke. It keeps time, sure, but only while plugged in. Had to plug in to computer to set time, unplug and put on dryer and time resets 00:00:00. Maybe mine is just defective.
Seems like there should be a way to hook up a virtual printer, like with an arduino or raspberry pi, and have it output to a spreadsheet on a network. Cheap remote monitoring. | |
