Nw Iowa | You can run it at whatever depth you want. You can also adjust front gangs to whatever depth within reason to do a lot of tillage or lift the, up and do nothing. Spacing I think is same, but could be corrected, but you can use different size points, 5”, 7” 10” if I remember. Here they are all spring reset, don’t know if they make a Shear bolt model or not. A few had the disk gang front style discs, most have one disc mounted to a individual arm on front. Rear has a disk leveler that I think on all 870’s were hyd raise. Some have nothing behind that, some had a spike tooth and alot had the basket on back. Quite a universal tool, pretty popular here. | |
