Subject: RE: 9530T track alignment

Frost,Mn
I had a 6” square piece of poly, 1/4” thick in the toolbox of my 9430T and would check alignment once a year during seasonal maintenance. You simply drive straight for a couple hundred feet, don’t turn steering and don’t apply brakes, just coast to a stop. Check clearance between front idlers on sides. If all bearings and bushings are sound you won’t ever have to adjust anything. If you do there is a simple adjustment on the front sides and you turn bolt to move alignment on front wheels moving track left or right. It will take a few trips back and forth. I believe it’s cast into the undercarriage which way to turn adjustment.
