We've been using one of those for 50 years. It has always been accurate.
It came with the Mayer batch drier that Dad bought in the sixties and says Mayer on it. I forget who the manufacturer of the testers was, there was a thread about them a few years ago.
If it works I'd buy it. Heck that one even has the original thermometer.
Is this Moisture Tester worth buying?
