If I was set on doing something like that I think I would look at pit express. They make one that takes the place of your swing auger all together.
Personally, I just added the stand alone pit express, since we've never owned a swing away and have zero plans to do so now that we have the pit express. Hyd drive from the tractor that is already there to run the straight auger and it works great
