I have done lots of painting and I would roll the paint on a wagon. Buy a mini roller with 3/8 or 1/4 inch nap and a 18" handle. Use Rustoleum , spot prime with rusty metal primer and top coat with gloss black. Look on Youtube people paint car with same system.
