I would almost bet that they use a torque wrench to tighten it. A oil filter coming loose is a costly mistake.
Who has had an oil filter come loose? Growing up I changed oil on 7 vehicles. Plus farm equipment *yearly* except loader tractor maybe 2x a year.
I can’t recall a filter coming loose.
Must be getting old
