Liberty, MO | Guess I was lucky, 2 R52’s a 9150 and a 9190 all Deutz powered. But one of the R-52 caught fire in the engine compartment and melted all the aluminum engine components. Nobody could figure out what caused it. It was a warm morning, had just fueled it up, checked the engine oil, and the first pass across the field..
never had a leak around the oil filters on these or any other engine in 60 years of farming. I always paid the price for filter thru the AGCO dealer , they were only 23 miles from the farm. | |
