Central IL | If your gonna paint it outside you beat lower your expectations to 50’ at least. Seems bugs just love fresh paint.
I would powerwash and sand the worst of it sand the rest to scuff a bit to help adhesion and go for it. Use an alklyd enamel paint and add a bit of hardener. You barely have enough time before harvest to get the paint to cure out enough to use. Seems to me paint takes at least a month with hardener to cure and 6 months without. | |
