north central nebraska | I’ve had some pretty good paint jobs and if it was mine to do I would not prime it. I have had good luck with rustoleum gloss black . It’s a grain cart not a show car. Make shure you get a gun with a fair size nozzle so you can put a nice coat on each time . I try to start with the paint not thinned down too much and add more to get the coverage to work the best. That’s easier than having it too thin and trying thicken it back up. Good luck.
