All my bins push air up and out the top of the bin but I do have a fan I can put on and suck air from the top down. If the grain is a little wetter on top and dry on the floor I've had ok luck evening out the moisture but it takes a long time. I'd switch those fans to push air up from the bottom. Usually the suction fan is only for sweeping the bins out to suck the dust down
