9420 - 18 sp powershift. Had some service done to replace rotten hoses at articulation, also engine oil pan gasket, cab mounts. Tractor hose add-on PTO, which has been in place for about 1000 hours. Hydraulic fluid level seems correct after waiting 5 minutes.
I am getting a CCU 064 and eventually CCU 065, which resolves by backing down RPM, or letting tractor sit a minute or two. Only happens after hydraulic oil is at temp.
Had dealer replace suction-side hose (was kinda squishy), which stabilized lube pressure reading (has been spiking to like 100 psi occasionally), but on the way home lights/codes came back on. Someone in that past had already replaced pressure axle lube pressure switch (? go bad again?).
Service manual seems out of ideas, but got to thinking about this. Does the lube circuit need air (reference says manual trans has air bleed tube)? Pressure side seems to surge a bit. Lube pressure drops when back throttle quickly - which is kinda weird.
Any have this code come up? It their a screen somewhere? Takes oil from low-side of transmission - dont see any references to filters or screen on the circuit. Code never came on prior to having tractor serviced.
When they say
NOTE: Recall, Record and Clear Codes before proceeding. (See Reference 245-05-001). Perform Preliminary Check: · Perform visual inspection of hoses, lines and fittings for oil leaks or damage: – Check from tee at bottom of axle lube pump outlet to elbow at 12 o’clock position on front differential/axle housing. – Check from tee at bottom of axle lube pump outlet to adapter at 12 o’clock position on rear differential/axle housing. If equipped with PTO, check lube hose connection at top-front-left of differential/axle housing to top of PTO drop box. Check from bottom of PTO drop box to 12 o’clock position on front cover of differential/axle housing. – Check from lower front of differential cover to fill tube at rear of transmission. · PST: Check axle lube pump suction side from bottom-front of transmission to top of axle lube pump. · MST: Check axle lube pump suction side from bottom-front of transmission to top of axle lube pump. Check air mix hose from tee at top of pump to elbow above fill tube at rear of transmission. · Check Transmission Housing oil level in sight glass located on left rear of transmission housing, left of PTO if equipped. Oil level should be within the upper level marks with the engine OFF for five minutes. If oil was recently added, operate engine at 2000 rpm for five minutes. Stop engine and recheck level after five minutes. If necessary add oil until level is between upper marks.
