| Today i went to get an oil filter off of our brand new Kubota lawn mower , for the first 50 hour oil change.
I took out my trusty belt oil wrench and no way could i get it loose. The filter was crushing and it would not move.
I had a long 3/4 " wrench, on it. I was wondering what to use and i took a 2 foot pipe and put it over the wrench and it started to turn slowly.
Took over a half turn before it started to come easy.
I wonder if they ever put lock tight ,on them at the plant. For such a small filter , it sure took a lot of force. | |
