Had looked at the cooling diagram on Deutz before there's a 100 psi relief valve right after the pump, and another 45 psi relief valve near the filter. There's also an oil thermostat that shifts how much oil is sent to the cooler once it warms up.
If I was to guess, the 45 psi relief is stuck and the oil was cold enough / revs high enough to exceed 45 psi.
