SW MN		My guess, BAD LOAD OF FUEL.. siphon it out and start over.. Add, fuel additive to NEW DIESEL FUEL
EDIT: Change fuel filter also, check for water..
Keep sample of fuel. put in glass jar.. I was just at diesel pump shop, he has samples of fuel removed from trucks brought in to fix.. OMG... HE SAID DIESEL FUEL IS CRAP NOW...
If truck returns to running normal, take fuel sample to the place you bought it, and Make them PAY FOR YOUR REPAIRS..
