West Central Wisconsin | After many months of looking, I finally found a used drag conveyor for my feed mill receiving leg. It was miss labeled on a local online auction and the chain was sold separately a long ways from the conveyor. Only paid $1100 for it. Anyways, I have a couple questions.
1. What size single phase motor does it require? It is a 9x14 and will be 35ft long. Max capacity of the leg is 2000bph so that will be the max of the conveyor.
2. I've never really paid much attention but I think the grain actually flows in the bottom half, is that correct?
