Can also pressure up tanks with air .

Normally you can find fuel leaking a bit where your air leak is .

Those trucks do have ECM fuses in the battery box , I don’t think that’s your problem.

It’s probably an former fleet truck , does it have an add on
Fuel filter ?

I’ll add in a little more after thinking about it , you can have those pipes going in the tanks cracked . Old truck mechanics like me call them top draw .

If it’s got a davco fuel filter get you a new filter , it will have a new o ring . Those are great but can give a little trouble.
