We had an N14 that would start some days and not on other days. Finally got to the point it wasn't going to fire up anymore. Sent in the ECM to Midwest ECM in Colorado. They sent out a different one and it has been flawless ever since. Your problem seems more of a fuel issue but Cummins ECM are known to have issues
