Faunsdale, AL | Check fuse links. Clean battery connections. Of course an intermittent problem is always harder to find. Your battery charger is supplying the missing 12 volts that the cranking control circuit needs. I doubt the charger is able to completely replace a bad or dead battery to actually power the starter motor, but not knowing how big it is, maybe so. 24 volt cranking uses less amps so maybe your charger is big enough. | |
