Then very recent driving school requirement ,the insurance company requirements(these are huge issues now)....sleep apnea requirement....
A DOT physical is not required in all states for farm related activities. On my DL, it's a farm CDL, and no physical is required. If I drove a commerical truck, then a physical is required.

Insurance company requirements - Around here for one farm related insurance company, they check yearly drivers' records of drivers hired.
