Ag Express in Grand Island, NE (maybe other locations) will go through your TCM for much less than a new one. I think there are some things they cannot fix. IIRC, my 6175 was spitting out the same codes and they fixed it.
They can also charge you $100 to say it's good and the darn thing still won't work. I just haven't had any luck with their services in recent years. Always worth a try, but I'm starting to get a bad attitude about repairs on modules these days.
