NC KS | Local Deere dealer has parts delivery to drop boxes in several towns. Usually handled by older part time driver. Call in your parts needs before 9:30 am and parts will be close to you by 1 or 2 pm if not earlier. They also have 2 or 3 pickups and trailers running parts and smaller stuff like lawn mowers between stores.
Probably hard to pencil a profit on parts sales alone but certainly creates a lot of loyalty by the service they are providing.
