Don't make the make of thinking annual sales volume does not impact service availability. Just because you might have a big equipment budget does not mean the mega dealer offers the same level of service to everyone else. Money talks.
Out here, if an outfit is spending $2-3m+ annually in a MUD program, demo units have a way of just showing up and that dealer is going to make someone available for pretty much anything.
