I feel your pain. I have a somewhat older Deere 4720 that I really like but have had the code issues that your refer to. One was related to a speed mismatch between the front and rear drive train. Turns out nothing wrong but needed a new sensor. I had pushed some brush with the tractor and may have damaged it then.
I'm thinking you would need to get a rather old tractor to avoid these issues completely. I am guessing that there might be more warnings with a newer model where DEF etc. is involved. Often the warnings are good. Often they are just a nuisance.
Our old 4020 doesn't have much for warnings but it might not be suitable for your uses.
