Southeast Washington

Okay lunch time so I'll add more.

First thing put the rotor gearbox in neutral and make sure it is turned so that there is no sweep at 6 o'clock which will hit on the cage also.

The stop sign is the ONLY THING holding the rotor off the cage. Go through the little hole and at least get short 2x4's under a cylinder bar on each side. This will hold the rotor off the cage when the stop sign is removed. After the stop sign is removed you can lift the end of the rotor to slide boards plastic or wood to slide out on to keep the isolation. We use the forklift to carry out so we have just slid a piece of roofing tin in to keep the two isolated from chipping chrome as we are screwed and will be having to removing the cage to re-chrome at the minimum.

The 7 series does have the smaller gearbox so so try to protect it. If sliding back in on boards we usually had a person on front and rear with bars to lift onto to gearbox splines. Love our attachment of just directing the forklift driver and as stated maybe turn a little to align the splines.

Get covers in grain bin and engine compartment processor open for lots of light. Don't try to be fast. Be thorough.
