There is a curve chart you can find online to chart running the motor a full service factor. In a nutshell, it shortens the trip curve the higher you run into the service factor. If the O/L's are set at nameplate amps and the motor is running at full service factor, the trip time will be shorter. It is very common to run motors beyond service factor and bump up the O/L setting. Make very sure the motor has good ventilation and not in direct sunlight.
