seriously - what are you waiting for?
If you know the "home" and how it was cared for combined with all the guidance on it, then get it done. If it's a jockey tractor that probably has 14,000 hours with a hasty spray can tan, then pass.
If you wait long enough, you can kick yourself for not pulling the trigger because someone else shot first and didn't "mouth" the gift horse.
