Store the meters on the units all the time never had mice mess with the brushes. We just had a tote to keep them in. Just make sure they are sitting flat stacked or I've seen some guys take a piece of ready bolt and put them all on there and make a bracket to hang on the wall. You just don't want to just throw them in a tote any direction because they can warp.
