Happened to my 9240. Try peeling off about 8” of the harness outer cover to expose the wires inside. Then check each wire to see if one of the copper lines is broken. This was my issue.i repaired the wire and all was good.
Well found the problem. It wasn’t there before but a wire right at the plug-in broke ON THE NEW LOWER SIEVE HARNESS.
Lower sieve not in command postion; line disconnected.
