Deere 4230 brakes locking up.

I'm wondering if the rivets have gotten loose enough the pad is getting cocked at an angle. Or 1 pad is completely loose and wedging itself beside another 1. We had a warped disk in the 4630 but I don't think there were any problems from it.

Jack the wheel up off the ground. Then put your hand under the axle with your palm against the end of the axle housing and let the jack down. If you if you feel movement between the 2 the bearings need attention.
