Dumps air when you apply brakes. I have never heard of that.
If you stopped and applied brakes, wdnt you have to let the bags build up before you take off?
You surely do on a hopper bottom or tires will rub.
No only when you pull red button. I think it’s a common feature on van trailers and loading docks
