Top middle of MO. land of green hills and grass
No zoning here. No nat gas. No 3 phase. Anything here would be single phase and LP. I understand the limitations that way, and this would be operating on a much different scale than mos. Would likely just roll with a fan and burner to serve the purpose of the dryer.

Ridge breaks off to north and south so wouldn’t be able to add anything useful to the sides.

Had no intention of trying to load in the road.

This site was somewhat interesting only because it was in the right neighborhood and had a building in place that wouldn’t hurt me. What I was having trouble calculating was how far out from the base of the bin that the fill auger would be sitting.

Sounds like this is a pass and keep looking.
