Round Prairie Farms - 9/3/2024 21:25  Do you do a header cal every time you swap or only at the beginning of each season?

You should do header calibration EVERY time that any head is off and back on the combine.

Once you do it enough times that you can remember how to do it without having to look up how to do it, it literally only takes a couple seconds to do.

The "calibration" is essentially weighing the head so that the hydraulic valves compensate properly for how heavy the head is.
