Like JTN said, Tough crowd. I agree with Ted though, why are parts discounts so late? We like to have our harvest stuff READY by Sept 1, not middle of Sep. And we don't even chop silage anymore, if we did, we'd really want it ready earlier, there's not much time between silage and beans. Our local dealers do the same, parts discounts now. Why not earlier?
Discounts should be earlier. Don't blame me when you're busy filling orders or have stuff on back order.
So, what is appropriate? Harvest here starts in July, down south starts June 1, do the sale in May? Then everyone complains because they are putting the crop in and not thinking about harvest..........it's a big world |
