West Texas | I ran into something similar 2-3 years ago. I needed some hold downs for the cutterbar on a 635D header. There was a Deere part number cast into them so I gave the number to my parts guy and he said it wasn’t a good number. I then looked the correct number up online and when the parts came in they had a sticker with the correct number stuck to them and the same bad number cast into the part like my old ones. I was thinking surely it would be easier for them to sub the number cast into the part in the computer system than it is to glue stickers to every part. | |
