Not a lot of great options once they're that worn.
Best repair - Air arc off the current adapters and worn out base edge. Replace base edge of correct thickness and weld on new adapters, pin on new teeth.
The new teeth don't usually fit tight enough on the worn adapters to hold a weld just at the base but if it's an occasional use older machine it might be fine?
