Subject: Drill Bit Sharpening

Hey Yall,

I got a variety of drill bits that include 135 degree and other degrees that are dull and don’t work that good anymore and need a good sharpening.

Do yall just free hand sharper with a belt sander or what else are you using to sharpen your drill bits? If you are using a belt sander, do you have a jig or anything to obtain a certain angle everytime? I see a couple drill sharpening machines like The Drill Doctor and didn’t know if that’s worth its weight or not.

I just hate always buying drill bits and want to get more life out of my bigger bits in particular.

Thank you!
